Here you will learn the basics and fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu. Starting with simple movements, drills, escapes, takedowns, and submissions.
Self-defense techniques will be introduced along with some light resistance training.
Must have attended at least a minimum of 8 basics class to sign up for the advanced classes without previous experience in Jiu-Jitsu or wrestling.
We will give a more detailed breakdown of each position and technique, with a lot of rolling (sparring). The main focus of this class will be on sport gi and no-gi jiu-jitsu. This class will be very demanding, physically and mentally!
